The Herrencia is a brand new centrally located commercial building located at 46 & 58 Kim Yam Road in District 09. THE HERENCIA is a two-part commercial development for Offices and Schools (Secondary level and above). The Herrencia was built on the premise of old Nan Chiau High School. Nan Chiau is one of the six affiliated schools of the Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (SHHK). It was founded in 1947 as Nan Chiau Girl's School.
