Warehouse hotel will be located at where the previous warehouse disco was located on the corner of Havelock road and Saiboo Street. The Warehouse hotel will be owned by I Associated Company and will be operated by The Lo & Behold Group. The hotel will have 37 luxurious rooms and is expected to open in 2016.
The land space available at the old warehouse disco site is about 1,536.2 sqm and the lease is for 60 years. The Warehouse disco was opened in 1986 and was called warehouse disco because it was converted from a 3 warehouse complex. It used to be a popular place for party goers however after 30 years it was closed.
